The items featured on my website are handmade, therefore variations might occur. This means that an item you buy, may not be the exact item on the picture. The color, size or form might slightly differ for each item.

 

About materials, technique and using advice please see individual items.

 

Shipping Info

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For custom orders, I need a longer preparation time. For items that are in stock I need 1-3 week days for dispatch. For details, see individual items. I package your purchase carefully and safely. I use Deutsche Post, DHL or HERMES as a carrier, depending on the shipping destination. I always use shipping with insurance and a tracking number. I do inform you about any delays that could occur to certain destinations due to the current pandemic and I cannot be held responsible of such delays.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, but the items must be received safely in their original condition. I will give you a full refund minus the shipping costs.

I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All the ceramics shared and sold in this website are produced and designed by me. The photos are also taken by me.  Please do take permission before sharing content from this website. The integrated social media sharing options don't require permission.
